Good to know :

• Inclusive beachfront resort for the 2SLGBTQ+ community.
• Note that Hotels Villa Natura (18+ LGBTQ+) and Villa Caprice (18+ Naturist) share all facilties.
• The east side of the beach in front of Villa Caprice is Clothing Optional; you will encounter naturists in this area.
• Beaches on the east side of the hotel zone are more exposed to natural and unpredictable erosion. The strip of sand in front of hotel Villa Natura may disappear (partially or totally) after strong winds, high surf, and tide shifts. But fortunately, Cayo Largo has 24 km of beaches, so there are always nice strips of sand nearby! In times of beach loss, the shuttle to Playa Sirena is free.
• Villa Natura is part of a group of adjacent hotels consisting of Villa Serena, Villa Natura, Villa Caprice, Villa Lindamar, Villa Coral and Villa Soledad. The main hotel of this resort is the Villa Serena, additional services are available there.
• The Villa Natura/Caprice (ex. Villa Iguana) reopened in November 2016 after being closed for 15 years. It had been almost completely destroyed by hurricane Michelle on November 4, 2001. In 2012 they started the reconstruction and expansion of Villa Iguana, with the addition of several 2-storey wooden bungalows, this section is now called Villa Caprice). These new Bungalows occupy the area where hotel Villa Capricho once stood, the latter having been completely destroyed by hurricane Michelle in 2001.
