 Swim with dolphins
Since February 2010, a new tour is offered for the hotel guests of Cayo Largo. Swim with the friendly Benny and Luna!  A dolphin park was built near the quay of Playa Sirena, a beautiful beach with palm trees and services in the western sector of the island.
This activity is managed by the company Palmeras in association with Extrahotelera Enterprise. Swimming with dolphins is always a very popular excursion. These creatures are so friendly!
In Cuba, there are dolphins in Holguin, Varadero, Cienfuegos and most recently in Cayo Largo. Another is under construction in Cayo Ensenachos (Jardines del Rey) and there is another one plan to be built in Cayo Guillermo near the marina.
A professional photographer stands near the coach to capture this magical moment for you. All tour operators offer this tour, and it is also possible to book directly at Playa Sirena. For security reasons, you must wear a life jacket before entering the pool. The duration of the activity is about 20 minutes.
